Mr. Hoover is a founding partner with Civil Designs, LLP, and the previous owner/sole proprietor of Civil Designs, P.C.
His experience involves a variety of work relating to all phases of civil and site development design in commercial,
industrial, residential and public projects. Mr. Hoover’s project responsibilities included all facets of site development
plan preparation, land and water management planning and design budgeting from project inception through construction.
Mr. Hoover gained experience in site layout, grading and drainage, compliance and permitting with local, state, and
federal regulations and the modeling of hydraulic/hydrological situations using various computer software techniques.
He also acquired experience in field investigation, data collection and interpretation, surveying, and construction
inspection.

industrial, municipal, and residential projects including the engineering and design of storm sewers, detention systems,
sanitary sewer systems, sanitary lift stations, municipal sanitary expansion analysis, high pressure steam main
relocations, earthwork, site layout, site grading, pavement, and road design. Mr. Peck has significant experience in
governmental permitting procedures, including agencies such as the Army Corps of Engineers, Indiana Department of Natural
Resources, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, U.S. Fish and Wild Life, the Indiana counties of Marion,
Hendricks, Boone, Hancock, Johnson, Hamilton, Dearborn, Vigo, Lake, and the states of Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, and
Michigan.
